I love to hear people who have great goals in yourself. Kudos! Nursing is awesome because it has so many options and you can do whatever you want and work is so many settings. Below is a list of all the types of nursing you can go into and included is the salary and educational requirements for each type.

There are lots of types but, at your stage of things, there are only 3 choices open to you: 1. Adult general nursing. 2. Paediatric (children) nursing. 3. Mental health (psychiatric) nursing. You only need to narrow it down that far. Clearly, paediatric and mental health nursing already define your specialty. In fact, they are so much of a specialty, there are different degrees to qualify for them. If you want to move into any other area of treatment, that will be a subdivision of general nursing, and you should choose that route,
