You sell it as a going concern. There's no need to sell the equipment separately, although you will need a final value for your accounts if you haven't already written it off. Try asking a price of three years' turnover and see if you get any takers.

Unless you have been approached already, I wouldn't expect a quick and easy sale. Expect to get a lot less than what you put into it.
