if the door does not close tight to the door stop the latch keeper needs to be moved closer to the door stop. there is also a bent place on the keeper that can be bent more to tighten the door to the stop. measure the door and find or figure the center, then from the door stop measure and mark the center point then see how much to move the latch keeper
