I put freshly brewed coffee in my blender, the froth melts fairly quickly, around 2-3 hours, 4 hours if refrigerated, I also have a dual bladed blender, might not work in single blades.

Use skim or low fat milk. Slowly heat to just boiling. Watch the milk because it spill over your pan quickly. Using a whisk or beater, just whisk till frothy and pour into an empty cup. Slowly add coffee to the cup.

Directions Make 4 cups coffee using your preferred brewing method. Once coffee is ready, place 1/2 cup skim milk in a milk frother. Top each cup of coffee with frothed milk.

What I usually do is I make regular espresso in my breville espresso machine, then I microwave some milk and afterwards I beat it to incorporate some air in it to make it frothy. Then top it on the espresso. Hope this helped. :) :)
