In general, you will need to file an application with the college of your choice. For example, as an American, many years ago in my youth, I applied for summer study at Exeter College, Oxford, and was accepted. An application will include your credentials (credits, diplomas, degrees, awards, letters of recommendation, etc) and sometimes an essay. So your first step is to write to the college for this application.
