Uh, it's not "prohibited to post the same information" on multiple user talk pages, but I suppose if done wrong it could be viewed as obnoxious. I'd suggest trying your luck in the (unofficial) IRC help channel: < http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=wikipedia-en-help >
