all the extra exercise will burn all the extra calories off. think ! have you ever seen a swiss person that s over weight ?no! don't worry your on holiday. enjoy your self, you will come back feeling much lighter. regardless of how much to managed to control your weight.

If you are very overweight, you did not become so in a few weeks. There would be nothing worse than not allowing yourself certain things that are special in Switzerland. A break from your reducing diet will not throw your whole regime into chaos. Have a cheese fondue - once, try some good quality chocolate, don't drink too much. Museli is high fibre. Eat fruit and lots of vegetables with your meals. Enjoy eating. Taste every mouthful. You will be very active, so you can afford to relax and enjoy your holiday.
