Move ? Seriously you decide to not pay your landlord and/or follow a legal binding agreement and decide to steal their money even more delaying it ? Just move to apartment and get over it

No judge is going to force someone else (landlord) to support you any longer than the eviction date.

The only legal way is to pay the past due rent in full and the rent for the days you want to stay in advance. The landlord needs to rerent by the first though, as few people move mid-month. So, if you can't extend you live in a motel until you have found someone willing to rent to you.
