Here is a picture of how you measure: If you measure in inches then that tells you what size you probably need. For example if the doll's head measures 7.5 inches then a 7-8 wig should fit. if the head measures 7 inches then it's tricky - a 6-7 from a brand that runs big may fit, or a 7-8 that runs small may fit. Btw be careful when measuring not to scratch the resin or faceup with the metal end of the measuring tape.
