Nursing Home Better pay, but you have to work 8 or 12 hours depending on the nursing home. You have to deal with up to as many residents as they give you. A lot of gossip and negative people. You have help if needed. Caregiver Less pay. Flexible schedule/hours. You may only have one or two people to take care of. If you work with certain company they may call you non stop and they may require you to have a car. (Just my experiences with each)
