banana and 1/2 cup of oatmeal. That's pretty healthy stuff and it's cheap and lots of people eat that for breakfast everyday. One nice thing is poached eggs - they only take three minutes - you just break them into a little water. Then I always liked to put them on the oatmeal - sort of like you put them on toast. Eggs are pretty healthy when you're young because you need all the stuff that's in them. They've got some good fats in the yoke that your body needs - good protein otherwise. Something to look into is a little dish you could break the eggs into - and then pop it into the microwave. And that would cook them quickly as scrambled eggs.... .but not sure if it would work. It would be nicer than cleaning out a frying pan though.

I've heard of people that eat oatmeal with banana slices in it, I suggest just the usual things like fruits or smoothies..

Eggs are very healthy. You don't have to eat the same things every day, but good options are scrambled eggs, fruit (bananas are great), yogurt with fruit, sandwiches (they don't have to be just for lunch). As another user stated, you can make scrambled eggs in the microwave - I made and ate them pretty much all through high school. 2 eggs, bit of milk, salt and pepper, mix it all up, and nuke it for 30 seconds.

im almost 14. i usually have scrambled eggs and an all fruit smoothie. its like bananas, apples, blueberries and its just delicious, all blended up. hope this helps. it usually fills me up too.

I would like to advice that you consume cornflakes with tea or coffee by adding sweetener in it as it is really good for health. I am too using sweetener which is helping me to loose my weight.
