I've been to Napoli recently and tried a few varieties. It's really good. I've also had another type of sfogliatella in Fiuggi, which was filled with a pastry cream rather than the traditional ricotta type filling. Anyways, they're one of my favorite pastries.

Mmmm yes, I have eaten the Bakery ones, and of course the ones baked at home.. Both are excellent, but I do prefer the ones baked at home by loving housewives.

Yes!!!I lurveeeee it. lol that like means a lot. I have to bring back boxes of the stuff whenever I go home. It really annoys me that there are so many types of bakery's in England but none of them do them. Have you found any?? -x-

Yes I have some in the kitchen right now my husbands mom made them and UPS them to us for the New Year they are lovely especially since they were made with so much love and came to us all the way from Italy to Cardiff, Wales.
