A Green Card means nothing outside the US and will not help you move to another country. To move to Australia you need to formally emigrate, and that is very difficult. You will need to meet the government's work skills test, which includes several years experience in your job, there are immigration quotas, and the whole process takes a long time and is expensive. Here is a link to the Skills List: http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/sol/ If your brother is your last remaining relative, you might qualify for a Family Visa, but, be aware that this process can take up to 16 years! http://www.immi.gov.au/migrants/family/other-family-visa-que ue.htm
