Take it as long as you were truthful on the application. They know what you are so plan to train you some or think you will learn.

You have an honest discussion with *them* before you accept anything. Remind them that you are not trained as a surgical tech and ask them what the job entails and what training they will do. It may just be a sterilization tech or instrument tech in the OR - something that you can learn in a week of training.
