I agree with David, wood flooring in a bathroom does not make sense because it is almost impossible to make it completely water proof although two or three coats of yacht varnish may get you there. Most folk who have wood bathroom floors have them covered with vinyl or similar to ensure complete water proofing.

1-does after applying the decking oil it change the color to different color . 2-Decking oil is epoxy oil base ,which is waterproof material . 3- you can go ahead and apply 2nd cote ,but same material Decking oil) not the finish wood not the sealant .
