1st all of, FMS is HIGHLY overdiagnosed..most people actually have something else. If you can..go to a new doctor( maybe a neuro)--don't mention your current diagnosis..and focus on this new symptom. vitamins do not help REAL FMS....they help deficiencies misdiagnosed as FMS.. I've tried vitamins...they did not affect the FMS symptoms at all.
