It has to be an inner ear problem coupled with anxiety. A person who is seasick will feel dizzy and throw up. Stress can cause the tiny muscles in the ear to cause you to feel off balance. I would suggest avoiding all salt and wearing ear plugs while showering. If that does nothing try staying on a boat for a while until you get used to the motion and no longer get sick. Good Luck!
