The purchase of a kitted aircraft will usually come with pertinent information from the manufacturer about compliance. The FAA also maintains a list of kits that meet their criteria. However, everything you should know is here: http://www.faa.gov/aircraft/gen_av/ultralights/amateur_built /kits/ (p.s. I'm beginning to wonder about the handle "Super Man". You don't appear to have super internet search skills. )
