Can you do what? accused. Accused and excused are two very different words.

if you were CONVICTED IN COURT (found guilty), the law says you DID whatever you were accused of. This record will follow you for the rest of your life. If you truly DID NOT DO what they accused you of, you need to appeal in court, and prove your innocence.

If you were convicted as a minor, normally your juvenile record isn't public. If you were convicted as an adult, your record is public.
