I'm not sure how your company works but the military will pay a set amount (per mile, as well as per diem). We generally use our own credit cards to pay then get reimbursed for the set amount, the other way is to use a company card for up to the set amount then pay the rest on your own (it's not good to overspend on company cards). I would see if any options similar to this are available to you.
