I presume you are American? I can't believe you think that eating KFC is OK. If you enjoy it then do what keeps you happy, however, do not expect happy insides later down the track.

No its not healthy, Being a vegan is healthy, thats what I'm trying to do. Also working at taco bell for your whole life is not a good career move either. I'm moving to Hollywood and I am going to try my hand at acting. Now that's a good career move, Either that or become a famous writer.

eatinmg all of the salts, carbs, and sugars is dangerous for your health in the long run or for a extended amount of time you consume the food. most of the food is commercial and trhe true meat in the food is only 20 pwer cent and the rest is fillers. too much processed foods is bad for you.

NO, both of those restaurants serve terrible food with very little nutritional value. I can understand why you love to eat out, most of us do, but you need to start going to actual restaurants, places that have real chef's and kitchens that actually prepare fresh food. A life full of fast food is a terrible life. Leaving a $60K a year job for one where you can barely earn $12k is the worst decision you'd ever make.

It is not healthy you do not know how much oil they add to the food that make it super unhealthy. You should atleast eat one serving of salad per day and drink 2 litres of water to keep you healthy. I highly do not recommend you to eat these foods. You can try to reduce it to one every 2 weeks or month. I love mcdonalds but my mom says its really unhealthy so i try to keep a healthy diet. She only allows me to eat it once a month. Every time you eat that junk, you are killing your self mentally and physically.
