Well if you can run Bioshock infinite smoothly then I dont think that you really need to upgrade, but if you want to then yeah, getting a better GPU would improve your gaming.

A high end gpu is 500$+ not 100, and yes a better GPU always makes a diffrence...

A better GPU means you can run games at higher resolutions and detail levels. I have no idea what your definition of smoothly is though but a better card would do it better, of course. My HD 7850 lets me run the game at 1920x1080 on high settings. And that's only a $200 card. I'm sure you're not running the game maxed out with a 6570.

It makes a huge difference if you're running at higher resolutions and quality settings. BioShock Infinite isn't overly taxing on hardware because it's a port from the 360.
