Long flex: Since it is one of the most developed country, it would obviously ask for the worker who have a sound knowledge in their respective post. So it would be better if you try to investigate regarding its job policy and acquire related knowledge and skills in that particular sector.

There are a lot of unskilled labour jobs in the oil fields. Hard, dirty work but if you are willing, you might be able to snag a job. The lack of a GED might be a hinderance, but you know what - you have nothing to lose by applying. I'd say just go ahead and fill out the paper work, it's worth the chance.
