Yes, you pay taxes on all income in France. But you might get exemption is the income is quite low. Try to contact the local "ARCE" or Agence Régionale pour la Création d'Entreprise. They will help you for free and might get you some useful contacts. If you expect to make a living from your website, you should probably contact a "boutique de gestion", the ARCE can give you addresses.

APCE is the Agence Pour la Creation d'Enterprises in France. They have a section in English giving info about different structures. Peter
