No, they will just replace your 4S (with a refurbished one, but it will be like new). Your contract you are on now remains exactly the same as they have nothing to do with your service. If your contract is up, then I would upgrade to a newer version by trading it in because you can get 5S for $199 (or less in some stores). They now take trade-ins even if damaged and you can get a new contract, thats better then putting money into fixing an older version and instead becomes an upgrade.
