You can talk to a doctor today if you are worried. Sometimes we have good intentions but if we go without healthy food, hunger or loneliness/ insecurity/ stress will get the best of us and we we make choices we regret. Try to fill up on healthy snacks like fruit or nuts, and try not to have unhealthy food around. You are allowed some chocolate but if you can't stop yourself try smaller packs. Or try to eat it a little less often. Find some physical activity you enjoy. Ultimately, try to avoid media that makes you feel inadequate- and if you are eating because of stress, try to find better ways of handling stress, like prayer or Bible reading. God bless.

You could have a predisposition for an eating disorder. Do you avoid eating? Do you avoid eating in front of other people? Do you binge and purge? Do you skip meals? Do you go for periods of fasting? If so, then probably, you do have an eating disorder and you should talk to a doctor.
