I would trade the afternoon pasta and chicken for more of a snack like some raw veggies. Three meals and two snacks is appropriate. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

I don't know why a 14 year old should be so worried about her weight, unless it's out of control. But what I can tell you is that if you start up an account (it's free) on sparkpeople.com, and log all your food/intake for the day, they will tell you if you are meeting or exceeding your caloric needs.

don't eat a lot at 12:00 than you can eat a little on 3:00
