Some do. Christmas really wasn't ever about the birth of Jesus. Christmas used to be called many other names, its a holiday that's older than Christianity and had many different reasons. Jesus was probably born in the summer according to biblical scholars.

I am agnostic (former Christian). I celebrate the spirit of Christmas. The giving. The goodwill toward man. The joy. I love to give gifts more than to receive gifts.

We generally celebrate by looking at post-Xmas sales, driving around town while there's no traffic, and exchanging the Secret Atheist Sign.
