Ordinate means y-coordinate. It means we need to find a point on the given line where y-coordinte = 3/2 (x-coordinate) . Just put y = [ (3/2) * x ] in the given eqn.
=> 2 x + 5 (3/2) x = 19
=> 2 x + 15 x / 2 = 19
=> (4 x + 15 x) divided by 2 = [ 19 ]
