First of all you should be upgrading the head unit/stereo so it has 3 set's of 4 volt pre outs one set of sub out's and the other 2 set's are RCA in's for running an external; amplifier for speaker's,With the head unit you have there is slim to no chance of controlling the sub woofer amp from it,and if you can it's a head unit that has no place for RCA in's for an external Amplifier for your regular speaker's. The right head uint is the brain of your whole system. Ebay in the car audio area has many nice Alpine head units with all the bells and whistles needed for a powered car audio system.

You could either use Y adaptors, to add a 4 channel amplifier, but you would lose the fader controls also.. I would just add a 2 channel amplifier, for your front speakers, because you sit up front. Your deck can power your rear speakers, for some rear fill, but more power to your rear speakers, will pull your sound stage backwards. Good Luck!
