O hours could be nothing or 40 a week. You might work for 2 weeks and have nothing for a month. Why didn't you ask at the interview? UK

Why did you not ask them what Pay Band 2 is? We are not NHS employees so we have no clue. Zero hour contract means they can call you to work for only 1 hour per week or even 40 hours per week on short notice. Chances are they will only call you for a couple of hours per week. Also you have no rights as you are not a full time employee, no holidays, no sick pay, no regular wages nothing.
