A filter will not do that for you All you can do is set up the lighting for high contrast and even then, the dynamic range of the cameras sensor will limit the maximum high contrast video White balance only corrects for different light sources like full sun, overcast, shade, incandescent, fluorescent, flash and specific Kelvin temperatures Sepia adds a sepia colour to the image, nothing else.
