No, Cambridge is a separate city and it's residents are not able to vote in Boston elections. Cambridge is also considered to be a suburb of Boston, that is possibly where your confusion starts. Have a good day.

NO, just like Jersey City residents cannot vote for NYC Mayors, so you can move to Boston to get the right to vote on Bean Town elections. It is just a quick trip on the "T".
