Some student loans cannot be included in a bankruptcy. What you can do is get some life insurance with her as the beneficiary. Then if you die - she gets the funds and can pay off the loans.

mostly study loans are covered with issurane cover ..if you have it then there is no issue..

Most student loans cannot be discharged in bankruptcy. Term life insurance naming your sister as beneficiary would be a good idea.
