The short answer is no, you can't do it. Even a small 'bathroom' heater will pull almost 2000 watts from your inverter. Your cars alternator can't supply enough amperage for this.

No Electric heaters draw substantial amounts of power, way over the amount the inverter can produce. You will burn it out. If the car heater won't make it warm enough, you are not dressed for the weather. Learn how to dress for the colder weather and come prepared.
