This would largely just depend on the size of the actual case of your computer. Your current motherboard is a micro ATX motherboard in size. This means that it is smaller than the MSI motherboard that you wish to buy, which is an ATX motherboard. This may be alright if your case has the room for the larger motherboard. Also, I think you would have to replace your CPU as the CPU on your current motherboard is not compatible with the MSI one, as they run on different chipsets. This is a big problem in the PC building industry. Another problem with replacing your motherboard is that you would have to buy a new operating system or find a way to mirror your current one onto your new motherboard. If I were you, I would build a new system and salvage parts from your current one.
