If I understand what you are asking, you are going to have a B average for your Bachelors in Hospitality and want to get an MBA. our college (or any other college) has course requirements (for example, I needed to take a statistics course to do my MBA) and academic requirements, for example a given grade on the GMAT and a given grade point average or some given combination of the two. So, whatever you did you bachelors in doesn't make a difference, worse case scenario you have to take some courses but if your grade point average doesn't meet the their standards, yes it will matter, you won't be accepted.
