Probably, if you make contacts and perform well. If you are hoping to become a Swiss citizen that is the hard part.

In general Switzerland only welcomes the very rich. For example the annual residence permit for a foreigner is around 170,000 U.S. dollars. If you don't have the spare change to pay that fee.... don't bother. See for yourself: http://www.swiss-immigration.ch/ P.S. paying the residence fee does not mean you are allowed to work there.
