It all depends on the frequency and power of the slaps. If you get slapped 100 times a day by a bodybuilder then yes, you may notice a decline in cognitive function. If you get slapped a couple of times a week by your friend, then no, a decrease in cognitive function is unlikely.

yes , it could, not necessarily, but it could. If it is strong enough to give a TBI (traumatic brain injury) or bruising, or psychological trauma that impairs ones abilities , then yes. It can also damage the neck vertebrae that can effect a lot of things . so, the slapping has to stop , you need a brain SPECT function scan, and an MRI of the neck. Then trauma healing , and this is the only method that will, You need to tell someone trustworthy and in your corner, to get this slapping to stop, it is child abuse.
