Unless it is a life or death emergency, medicaid is only for the state that it is given in.

No. Medicaid is STATE welfare. It's no good, outside of that state.

No child, no adult can use Medicaid in a different state except in a true emergency. Each state has funding for its own residents on Medicaid. No state does not can reimburse the hospital or doctor of another state.
