Hate to say this but the best breakfast for building muscle is EGGS, EGGS, and more EGGS. Bacon in moderation (about 2 pieces) is also very good. Oatmeal with a few slices of bananas and some blueberries is also great. Most of the time all 3 things is the best for a healthy, muscle building breakfast. I would cut cereal out as it usually has super high levels or sugar and usually contains few healthy carbs.
