There is no bedroom tax. The charge is related to spare bedrooms. If you have no spare bedroom you should ask for any charge in this respect to be removed.

Bedroom tax does not exist therefore you cannot be charged it. If you think your benefit has been calculated wrongly query it with your council to check your details are correct.

There is no such thing as bedroom tax. Your benefit payment will not necessarily meet the total cost of your rent. If you think it has been wrongly calculated ask the local council to explain the figures to you. Remember though if you are under 35 the maximum you can claim is enough for a cheap room in a shared house NOT for a 1 bed flat - that may be where you are confused.

You can hardly be getting bedroom tax on a one bedroom property. So you are wrong. Now read the letter they sent detailing your benefits.
