Well, at least you said "please"... But the information you are asking for could, and DOES fill dozens of books and technical manuals. A complete answer to your "question" is just FAR beyond the scope of this simple Q&A board. If you want a basic introduction to aircraft controls and aerodynamics, maybe THIS web page is a good place to start...
