Something is draining it. Any competent electrician could solve this with a voltmeter by pulling fuses one by one to see which circuit is on when the ignition is off.

Something remains draining the battery while it is off. A light, A sensor, A subwoofer, amplifier, etc. some piece of electronic equipment remains on while the car is off. Take it to a certified electrician

I know someone who had a brand new bmw which is designed to fully drain the battery after sitting dormant for a little over a week. They told him to plug it in to a charger if hes going to be gone that long. Nothing was wrong with the battery or the car though, it was meant to do that.
