Yah, they're about as safe as any other online purchasing system. They're not Scam Sites, if that's what you're asking. They're legitimate, and they do everything they can to protect the security of your information. (Well, maybe not *every*thing. I'm sure there's room for improvement. There always is) You'll need to contact Steam to find out what they do with your Paypal info and how to delete it, but if you're worried about that, just *change* your Paypal info and neglect to update it in Steam. If you try to use it at Steam, it will try to use the original info they have saved, and that won't work, and then they'll ask you to update it. Then you can decide whether or not you want them to have your latest info, and update it or not.

Yea definitely. Think of it as buying things from xbox, except on the pc. There is an option when you buy something on steam so it wont remember your credit card info, but i dont know about paypal.
