its sounds not good, if your ID is not mentioned on Card so its mean it is not safe to use in any case

They are not credit cards, but prepaid debit cards. They should be safe, but it might be a good idea to check with your card processing service to see what kind of protection you actually have. Some online merchants are now refusing too accept prepaid cards due to fraud problems, but that could be because it's online. Having the actual card present is probably perfectly fine.
