It is compatible except for two things: Your power supply is not adequate: The graphics card alone requires 600 watts and your power supply is 600 watts. You need 85 watts for the cpu and at least 50 more for the rest. Try out a 750 watt to 800 watt PSU. The second thing is that your motherboard has USB 3.0, buy your cabinet does not. That means you will not be able to use any USB 3.0 ports. Instead, they will behave as 2.0 ports. Getting a cabinet with 3.0 ports is not expensive or difficult. i recommend this one: It's cost is the same ( 99$) and it is better in every aspect. One more thing i noticed is that you don't have a cabinet cooling fan. You do need one of these if you are going to be using this pc for all but the mildest tasks.
