Back stretches such as; back bends, scorpion pose, etc.

Lots of yoga poses can help you get a flexible back. You might want to start practicing scorpions that's what Cheerleaders uses making their scorpions go above their heads. But yoga in general is your best bet that style of yoga is meant for you to gain flexibility but you have to do this on a regular basis not do it one night or day and expect to be "no bones" over night

Just do seal stretch for 5 minutes a day pushing yourself each time. Also backbends/bridges and try to walk your hands closer to your feet and also try to straighten your legs
