you can still trade your stock on the OTCB under the ticker VELTF... 5&qm_symbol=VELTF:US I see no compensation to shareholders under the sale of this company which is expected to be completed by the end of 2013. So you still have time to get something for your shares and learn a lesson that stocks whose share prices are declining are not necessarily a bargain....they are falling for a reason

Buying stock in a bankrupt company or one that is about to file bankruptcy is a risky proposition. You may lose your entire investment. If you believe the company will emerge “leaner and meaner” and be in a position to make impressive gains, it makes sense to consider such an investment.
