IF you have the wages and hours to qualify, you are without work due to no fault of your own and should qualify. Try your state's unemployment department webpage for specifics; they vary from state to state.

If you made enough money and worked long enough above the table, you will qualify for unemployment. It doesn't mean you shouldn't start looking for work today though.
